  4. Installing SPRYNET
  5. ==========================
  6.  1  Start Windows and insert Disk 1 into the appropriate drive.
  7.  2  Click the Start button, and then click Run.
  8.  3  In the Open box, type the path to the setup program (for example, a:\setup 
  9.     for a floppy diskette) and click OK.
  10.  4  Follow the instructions on the screen to configure SPRYNET and set up an Internet account.

  14. Possible installation problems
  15. ==============================
  16. If you have problems running the setup program, restart Windows and try again.
  17.  
  18. You will not be able to install SPRYNET over a network. You will have to perform
  19. individual installations at each work station.

  23. Registration Problems
  24. =====================
  25. If you are installing and registering during peak hours, you may see the message
  26. "Error #451: Mail Server is Busy." Click OK, and retry. It make take several times
  27. before you can register, depending on the volume of traffic.

  29. Windows NT
  30. If you are installing on Windows NT and select the LAN transport option, your
  31. software will not be registered, but it will function properly. Should you need
  32. to contact Technical Support at some time, you can register your software then.

  34. You will also not be able to create an Instant Internet Access account with 
  35. SPRYNET if you are installing on Windows NT using the LAN transport. In order
  36. to create an Instant Access account, you will need to install and select the PPP
  37. transport option.

  41. Setup
  42. =====
  43. If you are upgrading from Mosaic in a Box or a Mosaic Direct product, you will be able to 
  44. create an e-mail account. You will be asked to request an e-mail username during the 
  45. setup procedure. The online help has more information on choosing an e-mail username.
